PAYMENT METHODS

Customer Account
A customer account allows you to make prepayments for Nida Verkkopalvelu services. In practice, you purchase credits that can later be applied to Nida Verkkopalvelu services and operations. These prepayments are visible and manageable in the billing section of your control panel.

Invoice / Bank Transfer
Invoice: We offer Finnish companies and organizations the option to pay by invoice after placing an order. Place your order normally via our website and then contact us using the support ticket form or email: laskutus@nida.fi. Include your customer ID (email), order details, and billing information. Your service will be activated immediately, and the invoice will be sent later to your specified billing address. We reserve the right to check the customer's creditworthiness when paying by invoice.

Bank Transfer: Payments via bank transfer take 1–3 business days to be registered, depending on the sender’s bank. Business days are Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays. When paying via bank transfer, please mention your domain (email address) in the transfer message. Transferred funds will be credited to your customer account within 1 business day after the money appears in our account.

The invoice can also be paid via bank transfer using the account and invoice number indicated on the invoice. Invoice history is viewable on your customer page, and invoices can be printed as PDFs for accounting purposes.

Card Payments
We also accept payments through Payment Highway. Supported cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. Payment Highway supports SafeKey®, mobile wallet payments including Diner Club, Danske Mobilpay, Masterpass, and Nordea mobile wallet cards without the need to create a Payment Highway account.

PayPal
Payments are also accepted via PayPal. You can pay using VISA / MasterCard / Discover / American Express through PayPal without having to create a PayPal account.
